Terms of use

Hidden Europe Trip Builder by Europe Revealed · Last updated 16 October 2026

These terms apply when you use the Hidden Europe Trip Builder (“the Trip Builder”) and when you buy access to it. The Trip Builder is made by Europe Revealed (@europe.revealed). You can reach us at info.europerevealed@gmail.com.

1. What the Trip Builder is

The Trip Builder is a web app. It suggests a travel route through European towns, cities and nature spots, based on the choices you make. Anyone can make a free preview of a trip. A paid pass unlocks the full trip: day plans for every stop, tips, swapping stops, the PDF and the Google Maps route.

We are not a travel agency. We don't sell or book travel, stays or tickets.

2. The pass and your license key

3. Payment

Payments are handled by Gumroad, our reseller and Merchant of Record. They process your payment, send your receipt and handle VAT. Where VAT or sales tax applies, it is added at checkout based on your country, and you see the full amount before you pay. Gumroad's own terms also apply to your purchase.

4. Right of withdrawal

If you live in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content that you receive right away, this right ends once access starts, if you asked for immediate access and confirmed that you'd lose this right. You confirm this at checkout.

We still offer refunds in many cases. See our refund policy.

5. Travel information

Everything in the Trip Builder is a suggestion. Distances, travel times, budgets, seasons and opening details are estimates and can change. Always check opening times, transport, weather, safety advice and entry rules before you travel. You decide yourself where you go and what you do.

We pick and check places with care, but we can't promise that every detail is complete or current. Please email us if you spot something that's wrong.

6. Liability

As far as the law allows, we're not liable for losses that come from using travel suggestions, such as missed connections, closed sights or extra costs. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your pass. This doesn't limit liability that can't be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.

7. Changes and availability

We keep improving the Trip Builder. Places, features and design can change, and changes are included in your pass at no extra cost. We aim to keep it online, but short interruptions can happen. If we stop the Trip Builder while your pass is still active, we'll refund the unused part of your pass.

8. Our content

The photos, texts, place selection and design belong to Europe Revealed. You may save, print and share your own trips and PDFs for personal use. You may not copy or republish the content, or use it commercially, without our permission.

9. Law

Dutch law applies to these terms. If you're a consumer living in another EU country, you keep the protection that your own country's mandatory laws give you.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms that applied when you bought your pass remain valid for that purchase.
